SDR MOTORSPORTS INC. NEW DESIGN! RZR PRO XP / TURBO R/ PRO R VENTED REAR BED COVER
We heard your feedback and have revised the current design of our rear trunk. Many of you told us that you like the look of the vents, but not the sand, dirt, or mud they let in the bed. So we redesigned the cover to have the look and style of the old, vented cover with the protection of the non-vented design. All kits ship with a set of raw aluminum block-off plates that bolt up behind the vents to keep out the sand, dirt, and mud.
The SDR Rear Bed Cover is much more than a fancy filler panel. Our Cover is tough, looks great, and is lockable creating a secure place to store your gear.
Our Rear Bed Cover works seamlessly with our Hi-Bred storage/cooler bags allowing you to store and organize your gear and cold drinks.
As with all SDR Motorsports Inc. products, our Bed Storage Cover has been designed, engineered, and manufactured 100% in-house. Made in the USA, and NOT made in China.
Manufactured from laser cut and CNC-formed 1/8" aluminum sheet, our trunk cover is designed to be sturdy and solid. All edge seams are formed and welded for superior strength and security.
The Rear Bed Storage Cover includes a locking latch, gas struts, and hinges along with an easy-to-install bracket system that requires no drilling or cutting, making for an effortless installation.
Have a Pro-R? We designed our cover to work with the inner factory intake covers on the inside of the bed, unlike other products that require you to remove these important cooling system pieces.
SDR Motorsports Rear Bed Storage Covers are finished in a smooth semi-gloss black powder coat finish (great for applying graphics or a wrap) with raw aluminum grille inserts you can leave raw or paint to match the color design of your build.
Step up your style and storage game today and grab one for your ride!

SDR trunk cover
Not difficult to install at all. Everything fit really well. The only thing I would add is 2 4” weather strip for the lid. Their is a 4 inch section on both sides that’s metal to metal I would use insulation to stop any metal rattle .
