The SDR Motorsports FB-V2 Cage features a redesigned front structure with the A-pillar leaned back 5 degrees and the upper front crossbar positioned high within the bend. This geometry maintains forward visibility comparable to SDR's taller Sport cage while lowering the front roofline by 3.5 inches.

Reinforced A-Pillar and A-2 Pillar Support

The FB-V2 incorporates a redesigned A-2 pillar support that ties the front cage structure back into the vehicle's chassis mounting area. This support is designed to integrate cleanly with the reinforced chassis structure beneath the dashboard while remaining out of the way of the driver's feet and ankles.

The A-2 pillar support is an available configuration option; select the desired setup when ordering.

Redesigned B-Pillar and Grab Handle Integration

The B-pillar has been repositioned to create more consistent spacing between the A-, B-, and C-pillars. This revised geometry contributes to the cage's streamlined appearance and structural layout.

The B-pillar support tube has also been moved to the inside of the structure, creating a convenient grab handle location for entering and exiting the vehicle while adding support to the upper cage structure.
