Upgrade your 2024–2027 Polaris Xpedition with the SDR Motorsports X-Plorer Series Aluminum Roof Rack, a modular, heavy-duty roof rack designed to expand cargo capacity for off-road adventures, overlanding, hunting, camping, and multi-day expeditions.

Constructed from 1/8-inch 5052 aircraft-grade aluminum, this Polaris Xpedition roof rack features laser-cut and CNC-bent components for precision fitment and durable performance. The rack mounts directly to the factory roof bolt locations, requiring no drilling for installation.

The modular design features multiple E-track and tie-down locations, repositionable crossbars, and predrilled mounting points for lights and accessories. Use the rack to carry compatible rooftop tents, kayaks, storage boxes, recovery gear, and other off-road equipment.

The base roof rack system includes two crossbows, with additional crossbows available separately to customize your cargo-carrying setup.

Dynamic and Static Load Ratings

The SDR Motorsports Polaris Xpedition Roof Rack has the following manufacturer-rated load capacities:

150 lbs. dynamic load capacity for applicable loads while the vehicle is moving.
500 lbs. static load capacity for applicable stationary loads.

Observe the vehicle manufacturer's roof-load limitations, rack installation instructions, and accessory requirements. The lowest applicable load rating governs the safe carrying capacity. Rooftop tent use must follow the rack and tent manufacturers' installation and loading requirements.

Free Shipping:

Items that state free shipping or shipping included - This applies to 48 USA states (Hawaii and Alasaka not included). There is no free shipping on any international orders. Excludes oversize items (see below).

International Orders:

Customers with shipping addresses outside of the U.S.A. are responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are *not* included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.

U.S. domestic and international shipping costs, customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: if a shipment is refused by a customer, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and return shipping charges will *not* be refunded.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

SDR Return Policy-

“Any request for returns (or exchanges) must be made within 30 days of receipt, and requests for returns can be made using our contact us page. All returns must include an approved RGA # issued by SDR Motorsports Inc. ALL PACKAGES SENT WITHOUT AN RMA # WILL BE REFUSED. All returns must be in NEW and UNUSED condition… if you install it, you own it. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and we do not reimburse any shipping costs. Sorry, there are NO returns on electrical, fabricated, or custom ordered parts.”

Custom Orders/ Fabricated Parts:

We offer many custom built products to make your UTV stand out. Please be aware that all orders for Cages, Bumpers, or any product we sell that requires you to choose a specific color for powder coating or custom options ARE NOT RETURNABLE and cannot be cancelled once production begins. Prior to production, Cancelled special order products and all fabricated parts are subject to a 5% cancellation fee immed. after purchase.

Oversize Shipping:

At SDR Motorsports Inc we ship cages and complete packages every day to places all over the world. We can ship your cage raw or powder coated and ready to install. We take time to wrap every cage to protect it from shipping damage and offer affordable insurance for every shipment in case damage does occur. A base freight costs of $795 will be included when you checkout of the online store. Freight Costs are constantly changing, once you place your order, we will contact you with exact costs and shipping options. Additional residential delivery charges ($199.00) and extra fees may apply to more rural locations Will call pick-up from your local terminal can also be arranged to avoid extra charges.
